The program involves children, staff, parents, and community members to create and maintain inclusive, respectful, and safe learning environments in schools and nurseries. It focuses on promoting child-centered practices in management, operations, teaching, culture, and infrastructure, aiming to empower students and children to achieve their full potential and develop essential social and emotional skills for their well-being and mental health.
