Discovering the World Around Us – Exploration and Imagination
From birth, children are exploring their senses and processing information. Finding out about the world around them is what babies and young children do very effectively when they investigate by touching, holding or pressing things and by climbing on and jumping off things. During this session we will discuss what skills babies and toddlers acquire when presented with opportunities to explore and use their imagination. How can we support their inquisitive minds?
