We are very proud of our Families @ LinkedIn ERG. Our mission is to drive a sense of belonging for all families. This includes but is not limited to parents-to-be, current parents, parents who have experienced loss, caregivers and allies; all of which engage and support one another to be personally and professionally successful wherever they are on their family journey. All active or prospective members, allies, and leaders are welcome to join! We understand families are formed in many different ways, and our Family First programs are here to support you along your family journey. At LinkedIn, we provide paid maternity, parental and carers leave as well as financial assistance for childcare, elder care, and even pet care. These programs are just a few ways we aim to ease the financial challenges that can come with building and nurturing a family.
