Quick and Easy Recipes For Babies 6-12 Months Old

All these recipes are for babies at the age of six months and above, and you can follow these recipes to train your child to gradually eat solids.

1. Mashed peas, pear and green beans

Preparation time: 5 min

Cooking time: 10 min

Ingredients:

  • One cup of chopped green beans
  • 1 pear
  • ½ cup of peas

Method:

  1. Cook the green beans and the peas using the steamer until they are done and cooked.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in the blender.

 

2. Mashed zucchini, potatoes and cauliflower

Preparation time: 5 min

Cooking time: 20 min

Ingredients:

  • 1 potato
  • 1 cup of cauliflower
  • 1 Zucchini

Method:

  1. Cut all vegetables into small pieces.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in the blender.

 

3. Mashed zucchini, carrots and apples

Preparation time: 5 min

Cooking time: 15 min

Ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 apple
  • 1 carrot

Method:

  1. Cut the ingredients into small pieces.
  2. Cook using the steamer until the ingredients are cooked.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together in the blender.

 

4. Mashed strawberries, kiwi and bananas

Preparation time: Less than 5 min

Cooking time: No need to be cooked

Ingredients:

  • 5 strawberries
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 banana

Method:

Simply cut the ingredients into pieces and mix them using the blender.

 

5. Mashed apples, carrots and dates 

Preparation time: 5 min

Cooking time: 15 min

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 dates

Method:

  1. Peel and cut apples and carrots.
  2. Cook them using steamer until they are done.
  3. Soak the dates in boiled water for half an hour.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together in the blender.

* All these recipes can be stored in sealed containers in the refrigerator for 3 days and in the freezer for 3 months.
