Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority (ECA) welcomes all licensed and qualified vendors to register and become eligible to conduct business with us. Vendor Registration Process:

While ECA facilitates the registration process, the Department of Government Enablement (DGE) governs vendor registration and approval overall.

At ECA, Commercial Partnerships are crucial in identifying and engaging qualified vendors, fostering strong supplier relationships, and ensuring adherence to procurement policies. Our key responsibilities include:

• Vendor Registration & Supplier Management – Streamlining onboarding and maintaining a reliable supplier database.
• Procurement Optimization – Enhancing efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Risk & Compliance Enforcement – Mitigating risks through proactive governance and adherence to procurement best practices.
• Performance Monitoring – Tracking supplier performance to drive continuous improvement and value creation.

Dear Vendor

Department of Government Enablement has launched the Digital Marketplace – Abu Dhabi Procurement Portal powered by Oracle Fusion to provide a unique digital experience and enhance transparency & efficiency of public procurement.

Vendors interested in doing business with Abu Dhabi Government Entities must complete the registration on Oracle Fusion. The registration is a one-time activity, and it is centralised for Abu Dhabi Government Entities. Once registered, the profiles of Vendors are visible to buyers from all entities operating through Abu Dhabi Government Procurement Gate.

To register as a new vendor on the Abu Dhabi Government Vendor Registration Portal, please make sure to register as a new vendor on the Abu Dhabi Government Procurement Gate Portal, please review the options below and select the one that corresponds to your license type.

Supplier Code of Conduct

ECA is committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and ethical standards. All suppliers are expected to adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards when working with ECA. Compliance with this Code of Conduct is a requirement for doing business with us.
